Setgrid Terms of Use

By using Setgrid (“the app”), published by Utileau, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You need an account, and you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has it. One account is for one person.
Your data is yours
Everything you put into Setgrid belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we will hand you a copy or delete it whenever you ask.
We keep backups so that a failure on our side does not lose your work. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose. No backup regime is perfect and this is a small operation, not a bank.
What the app is not
Setgrid is a training log, not a coach and not a medical service. Suggested loads are arithmetic on what you already lifted, not a judgement about what your body can take today. Lifting carries risk of injury. Nothing in the app is medical advice — if something hurts, stop, and talk to someone qualified.
Purchases
Setgrid is free to use. It may offer a paid tier. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, tied to your Apple ID or Google account, and restorable from within the app. Refunds are handled entirely by the platform under their policies — we cannot issue them.
Acceptable use
Do not try to access anyone else's account or data, break the service for other people, or use the app to break the law.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utileau is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may discontinue the app or any feature; if we do, we will give you a way to export your data first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
