Setgrid Privacy Policy

Setgrid is built by Utileau. This policy explains what the app does with your information, in plain terms.
The summary
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or track you. Setgrid contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no third-party tracker of any kind.
Setgrid needs an account so your data follows you between devices and survives a lost phone. That means we do hold information about you — this policy says exactly what, and what we do with it.

We never see your password. It is hashed before it is stored, which means it cannot be read back — not by us, not by anyone who obtained the database.
Where it lives
On a server we run ourselves, reachable at api.utileau.com, in the United States. Not on a hosted platform, and not shared with another company's systems.
Each app has its own database, its own accounts and its own keys. Setgrid cannot read another Utileau app's data, and a key taken from one is worthless against another. Within Setgrid, database rules enforce that your rows are yours: a request carrying your account can only ever return your own data.
Who else is involved
Apple and Google — if you buy anything, the payment is handled entirely by the app store. We never see your card.
RevenueCat — checks with Apple or Google that a purchase is genuine and tells the app whether you are subscribed. It receives an anonymous purchase identifier, not your name or your data.
That is the complete list. There is no analytics provider and no advertising network.
Feedback you send
If you send feedback from inside the app, we store your message along with the app version, your platform, and which screen you were on — because a report we cannot reproduce helps nobody. Your email address is attached only if you ask for a reply.
What stays on your device
Your session, your preferences, and any changes made while you were offline. Setgrid queues writes when there is no connection and sends them when there is, so the app keeps working on a bad signal. All of it goes when you sign out or delete the app.
Your rights
Ask and we will send you a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account removes your data from our database — the whole row, not a flag marking it hidden. Email privacy@utileau.com and a person will action it.
Children
Setgrid is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are noted in the app's release notes rather than made quietly.
