Lastset Privacy Policy

Lastset is made by Utileau. This policy describes what the app does with your information.
It is short because the app does very little with it.
The short version
Lastset has no servers, no accounts and no analytics.
Everything you log is stored on your iPhone. If you have iCloud switched on, it also syncs to your iCloud account, which is Apple's storage under your Apple Account — not ours. We have no way to read it.
We do not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal information, because there is nowhere for it to go.

If iCloud is enabled on your device, the first six rows also sync to your private iCloud database so your history appears on any iPhone signed into the same Apple Account. That transfer is between you and Apple. It is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest. Utileau cannot access it.
If iCloud is switched off, everything stays on the one device. The app says which state it is in, in Settings.
What Lastset does not do
- No account. There is no sign-up, no login, no password and no email address. We never learn who you are.
- No analytics. No Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no attribution SDK, no session recording. We do not know how many people use the app or which screens they open.
- No crash reporting SDK. If you choose to share a crash report through iOS, Apple may give us an anonymised, aggregated report. That is Apple's mechanism and you control it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
- No advertising. No ad networks, no tracking identifiers, no IDFA. The app never asks for tracking permission because it has nothing to track.
- No third-party SDKs at all. As of this version, Lastset uses only Apple's own frameworks.
- No network requests. The app does not contact any server we run, because we do not run one.
Our App Store privacy label says Data Not Collected. That is accurate, and it is checked against the source before each release.
Health and fitness information
If you use the optional calorie and macro targets, Lastset asks for your height, age and biological sex. It uses them once, on your device, to compute an estimate. They are stored in the app's settings on your iPhone and, if iCloud backup is on, in your own iCloud backup.
They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Lastset does not read from or write to Apple Health in this version. If that changes, this policy will be updated in the same release as the feature, and iOS will ask your permission separately.
Lastset is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie and macro figures are general estimates produced by a published formula, clamped to conservative minimums. They are not a prescription. Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before making significant changes to how you train or eat, particularly if you are pregnant, under 18, or managing a health condition.
Purchases
Lastset Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment, not us. We never see your card details, your billing address or your Apple Account.
We use RevenueCat to check whether a purchase is valid. When you buy or restore, RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated identifier and the receipt Apple issued. It does not receive your name, your email, or any of your training data, and the identifier is not linked to you anywhere.
Apple's own record of the transaction is covered by Apple's privacy policy.
We cannot issue refunds. Apple handles them — see the terms.
Notifications
Lastset can send you rest-timer alerts and, if you turn them on, reminders when you have not trained in a while.
These are local notifications, scheduled on your device. There is no push server, and we do not hold a device token. Nothing about them reaches us. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
Deleting your data
There is no account to delete, so there is nothing held anywhere for us to remove.
To delete everything the app has stored: Profile → Settings → Delete all data. It asks you to type DELETE, then removes every workout, routine, programme, body-weight entry and achievement from the device and from your iCloud private database. The app offers you an export first.
Deleting the app from your iPhone removes the local copy. If you have used iCloud sync, also use Delete all data first, or the records remain in your iCloud until you remove the app's data through iOS Settings → your name → iCloud.
Children
Lastset is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone. Since the app collects nothing at all, there is nothing for us to hold about a child or anyone else.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export and delete personal information a company holds about you.
Utileau holds none. Your training data is on your device and in your own iCloud, under your control at all times. The Export function gives you a complete, machine-readable copy in JSON or CSV whenever you want it, and Delete all data removes it.
Changes
If a future version collects anything, this policy and the App Store privacy label will both be updated in the same release as the change — never afterwards. The date at the top of this page will tell you when it last changed.
